I have Pegotty to thank for her advice to “follow my dreams and my heart” and build on my personal strengths.”

“As I started thinking about the next chapter for my career, she helped bring clarity to the chaos of thoughts and emotions; from understanding my ‘why’ to building out my dream, Pegotty has been my constant companion on my road to discovery. Pegotty is a careful listener, generous with her experience and resources, and an invaluable and collaborative thinking partner. She helped build my confidence as a leader during our years of working together.”
