Clarity and confidence in taking on your career challenges is what I offer to association executives and senior staff members. Other outcomes include reinvigorating your leadership, increasing the ease and effectiveness of your relationships, negotiate the challenges of organizational life and getting those juices flowing again!

I have walked in your shoes in my 15 years in association staff leadership roles in a variety international trade associations and technical societies, and as CEO/Executive Director for a state association. I completed the 6 year Institute program for Association Management, was in the first class of Future Leaders, earned my CAE in 1986 and was designated to the ASAE Fellows in 1994.

In addition to one on one coaching clients, I also lead group coaching programs, outplacement for employees, run job seeker groups for mutual support and accountability, convention career day programs for associations, and webinars for association to offer to their members on job search and career management topics. I facilitate the online CEO Dialogue course for ASAE , teach Management and Supervision and Organizational Behavior for the University of Phoenix and am a coach at the ASAE Annual Meeting Career Services.

I have an MBA from Rutgers University and a BA in Anthropology and Art History.

I am certified through the Coach Training Alliance, the 6 Advisors Coaching Academy, The Recareer Institute and The Tension Management Institute for a variety of coaching tools and specialties.
